A hidden gem in The Hague, Capriole Café is located in the Binckhorst. With a great eye for detail, an old and abandoned paint factory from 1920 has been tastefully converted into a restaurant, coffee bar and coffee roastery. We met Pascal and the team during the 2020 The Hague Cocktail Week, they immediatley claimed their ‘Pink ‘n’ Stormy; Queen’s Rum, Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit, Lime.
Kaai 13 is a cozy restaurant located on the waterside of the upcoming area of town the Dunne Bierkade in The Hague. With regular jazz nights, this is a great fit for the laidback rum drinker who likes to surround themselves with jazzy sounds.

For a TV West item during The Hague Cocktail Week with The Gyros Club, we met Dimi, the head bar honcho of the luxurious Gyros Club at de Grote Markt, known for their incredible cocktails. Dimi’s signature Dark ‘N’ Stormy 2.0 is too good to pass on so when visiting, do give it a try!
